Puerto Vallarta, Mexico currently looks like a literal war zone. The resort town has been completely abandoned. Drug cartel members are in uniform; they look like military soldiers. Vehicles are being lit on fire. The situation is extremely frightening. Actual Mexican military are being targeted by cartel members.
