March 15, 2023 - An interesting thing about government - about government workers - is that they can legally do things that would be criminal under the law if we were to do them.

This begs the question about the morality of what government does, unless one takes the position that legality and morality are synonymous; in which case it is hard to understand why the leaders of National Socialist Germany were prosecuted after World War II, given that the crimes they were charged with weren’t criminal under Nazi law.

BOISE, Idaho (PNN) - February 20, 2023 - Republican lawmakers from Idaho have proposed a measure that would make it a misdemeanor in the state to administer mRNA vaccines.

“Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person may not provide or administer a vaccine developed using messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) technology for use in an individual or any other mammal in this state,” according to House Bill 154, which was introduced by state Senator Tammy Nichols and Rep. Judy Boyle on February 15. “A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.”

In Idaho, conviction on a misdemeanor offense is punishable by jail time or a fine.
