Trump's shooter was perched but he/she abandoned that post because of "hot weather”.

The Coeur d’Alene City Council unanimously approved an unconstitutional - meaning invalid, void and meaningless - new “hate crime” ordinance, introducing a significant addition to the municipal code, which will undoubtedly be thrown out by the Supreme Court.
