RUSTBURG, Virginia (PNN) - December 3, 2020 - The Campbell County Board of Supervisors in Virginia declared themselves a “First Amendment Sanctuary” by a unanimous vote on Tuesday night, stating that they will not be enforcing Governor Ralph Northam’s unlawful COVID-19 orders.

Supreme Court Justice Alito may toss Biden electoral votes

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has amended his request for response from Pennsylvania lawyers by one day pushing the deadline back before the safe harbor deadline. This means that Joe Biden's electors could be disputed on December 8 and into the 9th by way of SCOTUS challenge and a lawsuit. Democrats had argued that the previous deadline meant that the lawsuit challenging mail-in voting in Pennsylvania was irrelevant. Now it may be exactly what Republicans and President Donald Trump need to reject the electoral college votes from Pennsylvania. Tim Pool reports.

Counties refuse to enforce lockdowns as civil disobedience spreads across Amerika

DENVER, Colorado (PNN) - November 25, 2020 - Colorado officials last week announced that several counties had moved into the “red level” - the second-highest measurement on its COVID-19 dial - and would be forced to implement new regulations on restaurants, gyms, and other parts of the economy to combat the virus.

Then something remarkable happened. Weld County, a county in the northern part of the state with a population of roughly a quarter million people, politely said no.

Portuguese court rules PCR tests unreliable and quarantines unlawful

LISBON, Portugal (PNN) - November 22, 2020 - An appeals court in Portugal has ruled that the PCR process is not a reliable test for Sars-Cov-2, and therefore any enforced quarantine based on those test results is unlawful.

Further, the ruling suggested that any forced quarantine applied to healthy people could be a violation of their fundamental rights to liberty.

Most importantly, the judges ruled that a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection.
