Nevada Assemblyman Michele Fiore discusses 3 very important topics to the Liberty Movement. First, we discuss the unexpected blessing of labor union attorneys stepping forward to help represent our “political captives,” as Michele calls them. The unions, themselves, have had a number of activists arrested under similar circumstances and realize if the powers that be are left unchallenged, it would set the precedent to allow any activists to be incarcerated for the rest of their lives. What’s more, they have offered this legal representation free of charge.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - March 21, 2016 - To paraphrase Ernest Hemingway: How did you lose your Republic? Two ways, gradually and suddenly. The Romans experienced this when their Republic was extinguished by Empire.

The erosion of the Republic was gradual: slowly but surely, the lower classes' representation in governance was curtailed; the Oligarchy of the wealthy and powerful cemented their privileges at the expense of the many; Oligarchs rose above the laws that were supposed to apply to all, and executive power was consolidated in top administrators and the wealthy at the expense of the Senate.

Permitless open carry overwhelmingly passes Oklahoma House

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma (PNN) - March 11, 2016 - On March 10, the Oklahoma House passed legislation to legalize carrying a handgun openly on one’s hip without a concealed carry permit.

The measure is being referred to as “constitutional open carry” and the vote for passage was 73-15, a landslide victory for abolishing the permit requirement.
