FRESNO, Kalifornia (PNN) - November 8, 2011 - For the third night in a row, protesters with “Occupy Fresno” were arrested by criminal officials for gathering in a public park, apparently in violation of a county ordinance that labeled them trespassers, despite constitutional guarantees of their rights to assemble.

City Gestapo corrals and arrests 700 demonstrators on Brooklyn Bridge

NEW YORK (PNN) - October 2, 2011 - In a tense showdown above the East River, the police arrested more than 700 demonstrators from the Occupy Wall Street protests who took to the roadway as they tried to cross the Brooklyn Bridge on Saturday afternoon.

The police said it was the marchers’ choice that led to the enforcement action.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - September 28, 2011 - Those who use marijuana legally in accordance with their respective state's laws cannot be sold or possess firearms, according to a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) memo issued on September 21.

The memo to federally licensed gun dealers in the United States, obtained by the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, stated that it was illegal under federal law to sell firearms to anyone reasonably suspected of using a controlled substance.

Thousands of angry people took over the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City, with a determination reminiscent of the war protests of the 1960s. Chants of “We are watching!” and “We want real change!” could be heard amidst the crowds, along with cries of “Let them go!” - a reference to those innocent Amerikans who have already been arrested by New York’s thug cops, who displayed typical fascist behavior by suppressing media coverage of the protests.
