DAYTONA BEACH, Florida - January 25, 2012 - A 22-year-old car theft suspect tried to elude thug cops Tuesday morning, but was stopped in his tracks when he was confronted by a gun-toting 64-year-old woman.

Supreme Court says warrant needed for GPS tracking

WASHINGTON (PNN) - January 23, 2012 - The Fascist Police States of Amerika (FPSA) Supreme Court ruled on Monday for the first time that thug cops must first obtain a warrant before using a global positioning system (GPS) device to track suspects.

The high court said that GPS tracking amounted to a search, and the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution protects Amerikans against unreasonable searches and seizures.

The ruling comes as a defeat for the illegitimate Obama regime, which sought to have the top FPSA court overturn the ruling of a FPSA appeals court in Washington, which threw out the conviction in August of a Washington nightclub owner arrested for drug dealing.

ATHENS, Greece - January 11, 2012 - Children are being abandoned on Greece's streets by their poverty-stricken families who can no longer afford to look after them.

Youngsters are being dumped by parents who are struggling to make ends meet in what is fast becoming the most tragic human consequence of the ongoing Depression in Europe.

It comes at a time when pharmacists have revealed that the country has almost run out of aspirin, while multi-billion euro austerity measures filter their way through society.

Young mother kills intruder

An 18-year-old mother of an infant shot and killed an intruder who broke into her home. Even the cops supported her actions. A good reminder that you always preserve the right to defend your life and your children’s lives.
