March 21, 2019 - One of the striking things about Amerika’s recent political environment has been the increasingly warm embrace of socialism, particularly by younger generations. At the same time, as the title of a recent New York Post editorial put it, Socialism’s millennial fans don’t even know what it is. The text makes the point more strongly: “Millenials - ignorant of socialism’s appalling economic and human-rights history - increasingly embrace socialism and its naively unrealistic prescriptions.”

March 16, 2019 - Morris Dees, founder and director of the Southern Poverty Law Center, an element of the Israel Lobby that smears and demeans truth-tellers, was fired. The article reporting Dees’ removal speculates that he was fired for sexual harassment.  More likely he was fired for having to pay out $60 million of the SPLC’s $500,000,000 endowment to settle defamation lawsuits.

March 15, 2019 - I’ve been called a feminist many times in my life even though I've never considered myself one. I thought that if feminism had to do with equality of opportunity, then what was the point in inventing a new word? We already had individualism for that. However, the term "feminism" surpassed its initial meaning long ago. The successes and failures of the movement have also expanded much further into our daily life.

PARIS, France (PNN) - March 3, 2019 - Violence erupted on the streets of France for the 16th weekend in a row as yellow vests protested against government economic policies they see as favoring the rich.

Protesters set fire to bins and threw smoke bombs as they clashed with terrorist pig thug cops who used tear gas to control crowds.

Demonstrators wore red hoodies with the tricolor cockade - an emblem of the French Revolution - and stood with their mouths taped shut.

Fifth graders launch their own Kindness Club at school

ELK RIVER, Minnesota (PNN) - March 2, 2019 - Kindness is seeping into the classrooms and corridors of an elementary school in Minnesota thanks to a group of fifth-graders.

The students at Parker Elementary School started a Kindness Club last year, and observers say it’s having a positive impact on classroom culture.

The 42-year-old cop is something of a local celebrity in South Hill, Virginia. He was given the affectionate nickname after he spent an afternoon ensuring that a group of children felt safe following a gas leak.

February 21, 2019 - The bad guys wear black hats.

We’re programmed to see things in black or white, right or wrong, good or evil. From what we are shown in movies and books from an early age, there is a protagonist and an antagonist.

Clever writers make it a little more complex, with the Boo Radleys and Snapes who are thought to be villains but turn out to be heroes. But generally, the characters fit largely into extremes: good guys or bad guys with little overlap: Harry Potter versus Voldemort.
