How to be invisible on the Internet

In order to be pseudo-anonymous on the Internet, we have to make sure that we are aware that we are being tracked. There are 10 important identifiers that we will work on to prevent someone from recognizing us as we surf the interwebs. If we hide or obscure these identifiers, we become invisible. Rob Braxman reports.

SYDNEY, Australia (PNN) - June 1, 2015 - The Mark of the Beast is more almost here than ever before.

The likelihood of a forced RFID implant under the guise of a martial law pandemic emergency might be a little too obvious, as far as future tyranny goes.

Before it comes to that, it seems that plenty of people will be voluntarily subjecting themselves to cattle-like status, by jumping at the chance to ditch the inconvenience of a wallet and get a “smarter” payment system that can be embedded under their skin.

The Free Republic of Liberland came into existence in April after Czech politician Vit Jedlička traveled to the disputed patch of land on the Serbian-Croatian border and raised a flag. Since then, Jedlička and his fellow activists have faced opposition, including arrest, from the neighboring countries.

REDMOND, Washington (PNN) - May 19, 2015 - A comprehensive Microsoft study is offering insights into how living in the digital age is affecting our ability to sustain attention, and how our brains are adapting to the constant flow of new stimuli. Although the results confirmed the suspicions that the information overflow is affecting our ability to focus on one task for long periods of time, the news isn't all bad, as it seems we're also training our brains to multitask more effectively.

Commentary: The philosophy of liberty transcends political labels

May 14, 2015 - One of the most amazing aspects of Ron Paul's twin presidential campaigns was the way they brought together people who, on the surface, attached themselves to many different political labels. I met wonderful people who identified as conservative, liberal, libertarian, anarchist, anarcho-capitalist, the occasional Objectivist, Constitutionalist, as well as others. But while identifying themselves by these labels, they held as their overriding value the ideal of liberty, an ideal that wasn't to be sacrificed at the altar of party politics or watered down or compromised for the sake of expediency. The way Ron Paul's supporters worked side by side, I believe, is evidence that the devotion to the ideal of liberty transcends all the various political labels that these individuals previously held. His supporters understood the way in which labels can be perverted to signify their opposite, and therefore put less weight in what they called themselves than what they stood for.

The order, issued Monday by Judge Frederick J. Scullin, was the second decision in less than a year declaring the Washington, D.C., gun carry laws to be unconstitutional. In October of 2014, the same judge ruled that the district’s complete ban on gun carry was also in violation of the Constitution.

CHEYENNE, Wyoming (PNN) - May 19, 2015 - A new law in Wyoming that bans citizens from science and free speech has caused a number of concerns. Critics of the law say that it is an attempt to cover up Wyoming’s toxic waterways, a consequence of wide scale cattle ranching. Others suggest that the law is also intended to divert amateur scientists from raising alarm about the pending eruption of Yellowstone, which scientists have long warned would be catastrophic for much of the country.
