Federal agents are stopping trucks on major interstate

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Georgia - September 29, 2010 - A team of federal agents stopped tractor-trailers on Interstate 20 just west of Atlanta, inspecting each truck as it passed through a weigh station, and Channel 2 has learned its part of a counter-terrorism operation.

Channel 2's Linda Stouffer reported a flashing sign on the interstate directed the trucks to pull into a state-owned inspection station near Lee Road in Douglas County at the height of the evening commute.

Channel 2 Action News confirmed that agents from several federal agencies, including Homeland Security, the Department of Transportation, and the Transportation Security Administration were involved. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the exercise.

QUINCY, Kalifornia - September 15, 2010 - Ruth Jackson of Quincy filed a lawsuit Friday, August 27, against two current Quincy Area Kalifornia Highway Patrol Officers and one officer who used to be stationed here.

The lawsuit names Officers Lacey Heitman, Jim Weaton and former Quincy Area Commander Paul Davis, recently promoted to captain and stationed in the Ukiah office, as defendants.

Senate blocks BP investigation

Here is a perfect example of a criminal government. The House of Representatives voted almost unanimously – with one opposing vote – to provide subpoena power to the investigation into the oil gusher in the Gulf of Mexico. However, the Senate blocked proceeding with the bill by a single objection, which under Senate rules means the bill is effectively dead. Now that’s representative government at its finest… NOT!

A federal judge serving on the FISA court even resigned in protest to the illegality of the spying.

Movement to bypass the Constitution in presidential elections

In this horrifying but true report on a real effort to garner state support for bypassing the Constitution in the selection of presidential candidates. This effort, if successful, would eliminate any remaining republican forms of government and establish an absolute Democracy, in which the individual and any minorities have no voice in their government whatsoever. However, even if this proposal garners the desired state support, it is a clear violation of the Constitution and so would almost certainly be challenged by the Judiciary.
