Judge overturns civil asset forfeiture and threatens cops with jail

District Court Judge Christine Underwood of Stony Point, North Carolina, recently addressed a civil forfeiture case in which money was taken from a motorist without any due process at all. Judge Underwood told the terrorist pig thug cops in no uncertain terms that if they did not immediately return all of the money taken to its rightful owner they would be put in jail! Big round of applause for Judge Underwood. Maybe there is hope for our country after all. Dave Hodges of The Common Sense Show reports.

North Dakota taking steps to nullify all of Joe Biden’s unconstitutional laws and executive orders

BISMARCK, North Dakota (PNN) - February 17, 2021 - State Senator Tom Kading has introduced legislation in North Dakota that would instruct the attorney general to review the constitutionality of each and every executive order (EO) signed by Joe Biden.

Since Biden is not a real president anyway, none of his EOs are valid right out of the gate. North Dakota is taking a slightly different approach, though, challenging Biden’s EOs on constitutional grounds since they far exceed the jurisdiction of the executive branch.

January 31, 2021 - There has been a lot of misinformation spread around the Internet about what Texas can and can’t do. Being a history buff and having studied Texas history, maybe I can shed some light on the subject.

Texas was an independent country for 9 years before joining the Fascist Police States of Amerika, unlike Kalifornia, which was not recognized by other countries and immediately joined the FPSA. Texas was recognized by England, France and other European countries, and had foreign embassies. In fact you can go to London today and see a placard that marks the site of the Republic of Texas Embassy.

Wisconsin Senate votes to repeal Wisconsin mask mandate!

MADISON, Wisconsin (PNN) – January 26, 2021 - The Republican-controlled Wisconsin Senate voted Tuesday to repeal Governor Tony Evers' unlawful statewide mask mandate.

Both legislative chambers have to pass the resolution in order to undo the mask requirement. The Assembly, controlled 58-30 by Republicans, scheduled it for a vote Thursday.
